[VCL-1119] wrong day submitted for future reservations made in the evening

Description

The wrong day is submitted for future reservations that are submitted after some point in the evening. I think it is related to timezone handling.  For example, if a reservation is submitted on Monday at 10pm at night for Wednesday @ 10am, the reservation will end up being for Thursday @ 10am.
