Description

When using a Windows 8 or Windows 10 computer to connect to a VCL reserved, Windows based VM, Remote Desktop defaults to using a Microsoft domain account if one was used login to the local computer. This causes authentication to fail. By adding ".\" in front of the userid, Remote Desktop will ensure no domain is used for logging in.
