isValid returns false for URLs with parentheses

    Description

      URLs like this "http://www.google.com/Image(1).jpg" return false from .isValid(), although the RFC clearly states that parentheses are allowed to be unescaped: http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1738.txt
