[UNOMI-717] Fill personalization list for older version

Description

The personalizations field has been updated in UNOMI-690. The field is  not filled anymore.

But we need to keep the setter of the personalizations field to allow to map the value received from the unomi response to a Java object when receiving the response by the client application.
