[UNOMI-602] Stop copying the profile inside the session

Description

There is currently a copy of the profile in every sessions. and from what I understand, it doesnt bring much benefits:

• the profile being copied in the session is not updated so the values are outdated. If it's required to look at the history of profile values, I think that we should be using the events instead of a copy inside the session.
• this copy takes a lot of space in elastic indexes

I suggest that we remove this copy from Unomi 2.
