[UIMA-91] Remove/hide CAS Initializer Panel in CPE GUI?

Description

Since CAS Initializers are deprecated, it may make sense to remove or hide the CAS Initializer panel in the CPE GUI. Otherwise new users are confused. For existing users who still have CAS Initializers, perhaps a menu option could un-hide the panel?
