[UIMA-85] CDE "Open in new window..." feature does not work on Mac.

Description

On a Mac there is no way to use the CDE feature that allows opening a descriptor in a new window (for example for a delegate descriptor). Presumably this is because this action requires a right-click and Macs have no right mouse button. But the equivalent Mac gesture for opening context menus does not work. There should be some way to invoke this operation on a Mac.
