[UIMA-6417] Problems setting numeric parameter values

Description

It appears there may be problems with the intelligent data conversion when setting numeric parameter values using uimaFIT. E.g. what should be tested is settings a double value on a float parameter, setting a float for a double, settings an int for a double parameter, etc. It could be considered that cases where there would be a loss of precision should be rejected, but if there is no loss of precision, it should be allowed.
