Description

It is often required to use a resource manager when producing an analysis engine, espeically if datapaths or classloaders are set and there are multiple resource managers involved. It would be nice if one could provide a ResourceManager instance in the usual factory method without modifying the ResourceManagerCreator.

An intial improvement could be to extend the arguments for the createEngine() methods.
