Description

uimaFIT's selectPreceding applied to a zero-width annotation returns a non-zero-width annotation which ends at the same position as the zero-with annotation.

However, a zero-width annotation on the edges of a non-zero-width annotation should always be considered to be covered by the non-zero-width.
