[UIMA-606] CDE shows error "Invalid descriptor" when saving a valid collection reader descriptor that imports a type by name

Description

How to reproduce the issue:
1) Create a new collection reader using the Eclipse Plugin.
2) Select a implementation class.
3) Import a type descriptor by name.
4) Save the descriptor.

This should result in an error message saying that the descriptor is invalid, because it can not find the type descriptor.

I have tried that with several valid descriptors (that work perfectly well when processed in a CPE), all giving the same error.
