Description

The Cas Compare class supports a small range of accomodations.  Document these better, and extend them to include more variations, including having specific String/FS/Arrays be sorted if needed for particular type/feature pairs.

This allows running the compare between CASs produced by different runs where perhaps it is desired to ignore the ordering of elements in particular arrays (because, for instance, they might have been produced by iterating over hash maps/sets, and the order is unimportant)
