Description

Current pinger code does not support failover directive in broker URL
UIMA-AS:<queue>:failover:<protocol>://<host>:<port>

When specified such URL causes an exception:
javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException: org.apache.activemq:BrokerName...

Modify pinger code to check for failover and parse the url to extract needed parameters.
