Description

Upgrading DUCC to the latest UIMA-AS 2.8.1 Snapshot which uses the UIMA-SDK 2.8.1, new AMQ, Spring Framework.
Also, upgrade DUCC to newer Jetty, Camel, and other dependencies to levels supported by newer AMQ.
