[UIMA-469] not all jars in the lib directory of a PEAR project are added to the PEAR CLASSPATH automatically

Description

the documentation says that all jars in the lib directory are added to the PEAR CLASSPATH settings when using the pear packager eclipse plugin This is not true, only theese jar files that are listed in the eclipse java project classpath settings are automatically added.

I will change the documentation to explain this.
