Description

While the AE delegates initialize, the Agent keeps logging the same msg:

05 Oct 2015 11:48:16,993 INFO Job Process.AgentSession - J[N/A] T[73] notifyAgentWithStatus ... Job Process State Changed - PID:59507. Process State: Initializing. JMX Url:N/A\
Dispatched State Update Event to Agent with IP:X.X.X.X

The above is driven by a timer which pops at configurable interval to check the init state of all AE delegate parts.

Silence the above msg and only log when the AE transitions from Initializing to Running
