[UIMA-4214] Ducc Agent incorrectly marks JP as CROAKED

Description

When the JP terminates due to a work item error, the agent incorrectly marks this process as CROAKED.
Modify agent to check exit code of the terminated JP and not assign reason for failure in case when an exit code=0
