Description

DUCC top pom changes plugin responsible for creating jira report is partially commented our resulting in a missing folder issuesFixed. Also, it looks like this plugin is wrapped in a profile and only running with -Papache-release. Ditch the profile and uncomment changes plugin to create jira report
