Description

More cleanup needed. Source LICENSE repeats the same MIT license for multiple products. Combine all into one. Also in source LICENSE remove reference to slf4j. Not part of source release.
Binary LICENSE missing mentions of Public Domain images. These were removed some time ago, but now I reconsidered and adding these in.
In Binary, fixed truncated CC-BY-SA-2.0 license. Also, reformatted licenses with long lines.
