Description

The initial size of the JCasHashMap is hard-coded at 256. It should be tied to the "tuning parameters" that specify the CAS size, perhaps at 1/2 the size (minimum though, based on # of cores, etc., due to interaction with defaulting mechanism for concurrency-level).
