Description

DUCC SM should support process_debug <port>.

Proposed implementation: on registration the process_debug <port> option is allowed. The cli inserts a process_debug_host as well so the remote process knows which host to connect to.

When set, SM prohibits expansion beyond a single process. DuccServiceSubmit uses process_debug and process_debug_host to set the JVM args so the process can call-home to a java debugger waiting on the indicated port.

ducc_service modify allows dynamic set / reset of debug; changing the state requires manual stop and restart of the service.
