The NOTICE file has the wrong form of copyright - it has an (incorrect) end date, and it should have no end date. See: http://apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#notice

The NOTICE file should not have items not legally required; remove the NOTICE about the SVG Icons. The license is sufficient.
