Major Description
The two rule induction algorithms hardly work if one does not know their implementation very well. They will not be maintained anymore since the necessary time to fix improve them is in no relation to the benefit both algorithms provide (if there is hardly any). I will keep their implementation in the scm, maybe sometime a volunteer will improve them to a state where they are actually useful.
