[UIMA-293] If CasCopier's destination CAS is set to a base CAS, annotations cannot be copied.

Description

This is because the destination CAS is used to call createFS() for everything that's copied, and this fails for annotation types because the Sofa feature can't be automatically set. In the case of the CasCopier I don't want the sofa feature to be set since I plan on setting it manualy anyway. So instead the low level CAS API could be used to create the FS.
