Description

UIMA Ruta (UIMA-RUTA) was voted the new name for the UIMA TextMarker projects. Now "everything" needs to be renamed:

• svn: projects, packages, ...
• implementation: classes, artifacts, plugins, extension points, labels, ...
• content of additional files, e.g., NOTICE
• jira elements: component and version
• website
• documentation
• jenkins build job
• ...

I will try to rename as many files as possible with svn operations in order to retain their svn history.
