Description

The "uimaj-ep-runtime-deployeditor" plugin contains some classes that are not used by any code in UIMA.
Since this plugin is only used by the "uimaj-ep-deployeditor" plugin (Deployment Descriptor Editor), we will eliminate this plugin, remove unused classes, and merge the remained classes into the "uimaj-ep-deployeditor" plugin.
