      Description

Currently the UIMA AS binary release artifacts are unzipped into a base directory apache-uima-as. There is no easy way to identify which version it is. Most Apache project binaries include a version as part of their base dir name, like apache-activemq-5.4.1, apache-camel-2.4.0. Same should be done with uima-as as well as the core uima.
