Description

When using user-defined flows, the specification of flow constraints is optional. If specified, they can be used as additional "configuration" information for the user-defined flow. If they are not specified, and the user uses the CDE to add something to the initially empty flow constraint, the CDE needs to update the descriptor to add a flow constraint (Fixed flow), in order to have something to add the the flow constraint to.
