Description

The AnnotatorTest encapsulates the AnalysisEngine and calling AnalysisEngine.newCAS() is not possible. For testing it is handy to have the ability to create a fresh CAS which can be prepared as needed.

There should be an additional AnnotatorTester.createCAS method which will produce a CAS which has the
AnalysisEngines type system.
