Description

The "Javadoc Online" link from http://incubator.apache.org/uima/documentation.html seems to be broken.

It points at: http://incubator.apache.org/uima/downloads/releaseDocs/2.3.0-incubating/docs/api/index.html, but I get a 404 Not Found error for that URL.
