[UIMA-1618] Rename CasEditor NLP category to "Cas Editor" and the NLP project to "Cas Editor Project"

Description

Right now the Cas Editor still uses NLP as category (e.g. in the new wizard or as view category) and the Cas Editor project is called "Project" the names should be changed from "NLP" to "Cas Editor" and form Project to "Cas Editor Project".
