Description

The code for copying the generated docs to the <project>/docs is interacting poorly with SVN. Some files seem to go missing.

Change this to:

1. not automatically delete the /docs dir - do it if a mvn "clean" is invoked only.
2. when deleting the /docs dir, keep the .svn information
