UIMA should include a User Library containing all the necessary jars for Eclipse projects

    Description

      We could include a uima.userlibraries file containing all the jars needed by projects using UIMA ... would avoid the need to add the jars one by one when setting up the classpath ... simply import this file and then add the library to the project's build path. It could contain separate sets for core UIMA and UIMA-AS.
      The adjustExamplePaths script could correct its absolute paths.
