Description

Maybe I didn't look in the right place, but in the section for the PEAR Installer, it didn't seem to mention how to run it. (Is it an Eclipse plug-in? A stand-alone executable?) I did find it by deducing from all files in $UIMA_HOME/bin that it must be runPearInstaller.(bat|sh)
