Description
The V2.01 specification allowed implementations to choose between two different interpretations of the isSet() method. In V2.1 a single interpretation is required and, in particular, where a property has not been explicitly set, isSet() on that property must return false even when a get() on that property would have returned a default value.
This is a 2.1 specification change, identified as SDO-77 in the specification change list.
