[TUSCANY-83] JavaScript components don't support init/destroy/scope

Description

You can't use init, destroy or scope with JavaScript components as currently the .componetType schema doesn't support these so there's no way of specifying them. Need to get the schema changed or come up with something similar to Java annotations for JavaScript
