[TUSCANY-3437] 1.6 binary distribution is missing files needed by binding.ejb

Description

There are some files missing from the binary distribution which are needed by applications that use binding.ejb, such as the travel sample.

Some or all of the following files need to be added to the 1.6 binary distro:
openejb-api.jar
openejb-client.jar
openejb-core.jar
openejb-ejbd.jar
openejb-javaagent.jar
openejb-jee.jar
openejb-loader.jar
openejb-server.jar
As I recall these were removed from 1.5.1 because of TUSCANY-3165. This problem appears to be fixed in OpenEJB 3.0.2-SNAPSHOT (see [1]), and the OpenEJB folks have indicated their willingness to produce a 3.0.2 release if we need it (see [2]).

As we are planning to release the travel sample as an add-on to 1.6 (see [3]), we need to make sure that all the necessary dependencies are included in the 1.6 binary distro.
