[TUSCANY-2739] tutorials/store build.xml files have incorrect path to modules/lib dir

Description

The maven-ant-generator assumes that build.xml files will sit two levels below the root of the Tuscany install. This is no longer true for the store tutorial. Fix the plugin to allow this to be configured.
