Description

Noticed that all the projects in modules, demos and tools folder has a LICENSE and NOTICE file within,

except for three module projects as shown below, which does not include them

modules-contribution-resource - no license and notice
modules-xsd - no license and notice
modules-xsd-xml - no license and notice
