[TST-170] Increase SVN Limit for Binary Artifacts to 300MB

Description

As the project has gotten larger we now have binary artifacts that are more than 200 MB. Would you be able to bump our SVN limit to 300MB?

It would even be nice to make this a bit higher in case we hit that limit later (500MB)? Let me know what works.
