Description

Add the notation for Navigation links so that '[*]' means "add all generated Navigation links that haven't already been specified here". So if the user specified links were "[Next] [Elsewhere](http:/...) [*]" then potentially "Back" and "Top" would be added after "Elsewhere" but "Next" would not.
