[TS-688] parent.config does not use / support the "tag" optional directive

Description

The parent.config file used to have an optional tag field. This is no longer supported, since we do not support streaming media (like QT) in the core. The tag was only applicable for RNI and QT, and hence is not needed nor supported any more. We should remove it form the focs.
