Plugin::handleSelectAlt looks implausible

    Description

      The Plugin::handleSelectAlt callback gets a transaction pointer but the TS_HTTP_SELECT_ALT_HOOK hook gets a TSHttpAltInfo not a TSHttpTxn. I didn't see any code that would handle this.:r
