INKHttpTxnPristineUrlGet() returns NULL in reverse proxy mode

    Description

      INKHttpTxnPristineUrlGet() was implemented and tested in forward proxy mode. We recently found in some situation with reverse proxy mode it returns NULL. Need to investigate this to make sure it works with both forward and reverse modes properly.
