Support specifying mysql installation directory with configure

    Description

      It turns out, some platforms, e.g. Fedora, puts the libmysql client library in a very odd place; /usr/lib64/mysql, which we do not search. So, I think we'll need some support such as

      --with-mysql=/usr/lib64/mysql
