Forwarding mode breaks iPhone activation (gs.apple.com)

    Description

      On iDevice restoration iTunes makes activation request to gs.apple.com (request attached).

      When sent via ATS, the request leads to HTTP/1.1 400 (bad request) response from origin server.

      Proper response (on direct connection) is also attached for your reference.

      Here's the command to reproduce the problem

      netcat gs.apple.com 80 < gs.request
