Description

Add via header decoder option to traffic_line.
This will decode Via Header and provide detailed explaination of the fields.
Via header can be given within [ ] or without [ ]

Example output for traffic_line:
./traffic_line --help
Usage: ./traffic_line [--SWITCH [ARG]]

--decode_via str (null) Decode Via Header

Usage example:
./traffic_line --decode_via "uScHs f p eN:t cCHi p s "
./traffic_line --decode_via "[uScHs f p eN:t cCHi p s ]"
