Map tunnel:// does not seem to work

    Description

      When trying to setup a remap rule with e.g.

      map tunnel://example.com ...

      it always fails inserting this into the remap rules, and hence, aborts. It looks like it's trying to insert the entries twice, but I'm not quite sure yet.
