    Description

      this is the TS-2184 #2 feature subtask.

      when you want do local caching in cluster env, you must tell cache to write done to the local disk when cluster hit. we need a good way to handle this.

      maybe a new API or similar API changes.

      be aware, the #2 feature may harms, and should be co-working with the other features.
