LogHost orphaned log does not honor log-buffer configs

    Description

      It looks like when we setup remote logging, the LogHost orphan log is always created with the default configurations (9216 bytes). This ignores e.g.

      proxy.config.log.log_buffer_size
proxy.config.log.max_line_size
